Our sessions will support creating a more mindful and intentional process, rather than relying on a series of guesses, impulses, or reactions. Together, we’ll work to slow things down and bring greater awareness to how you engage in dating and relationships, so that each step feels more deliberate and grounded. This process allows space in real time and will result in a more satisfying dating experience and outcomes.
From Self‑Reflection to Real‑World Connection.
Together, we’ll move through three phases of work.
1. A focus on self reflection: clarifying what you want, understanding old dynamics, and building the confidence to show up as your full self.
2. An exploration on how you currently and historically connect with others: how you choose partners, communicate your needs, set boundaries, and respond when things feel uncertain.
3. Then we’ll focus on how you decide whether and how to commit, and what it takes to keep a relationship alive, responsive, and aligned with your values.
Throughout, I offer a structured, supportive space to help you approach dating with more clarity, self respect and choice…always with a focus on your needs.
